Based on strong concepts we made sure that the Bas Koeten Racing Porsches stood out during the 24h race at Dubai.
Livery
First up: the
Captain
Per request of the racing team we started working on a Captain America concept with the right colors and design. The teamclothing was already know but there was still the right colors and design to nail down like the matte blue. Also a touch of black dirt stripes on the back intersecting with the red and white stripes broke up the shape to make it more interesting.
It’s a wrap
Working together with Iwan from ‘Tintman folies’ is an absolute joy. The work his company delivers is top notch and he makes sure the design comes to life the way it is intended.
Bas Koeten Racing
We’ve been working together on social media templates for race- and driverannouncements. Also on building the brand(s) throughout various printworks like flags and banners but our favorite jobs are the livery designs. More coming up!
The car is lava
The lava design, which raced alongside the Captain in the Dubai 24h race, went through multiple stages. Going from bugatti blue to a multitude of designs in yellow, red and black. Where the captain was straight shapes and hard edges, the lava design favored a more fluid and assymetric approach.
